Getting help with Pay Audit
Most questions are answered on the questions page. If yours is not, or something has gone wrong, write and say so.
Tell us the tax year and period, which figure is wrong and what it should be. Do not send the payslip — we cannot accept it and do not want it. A description of the layout is more useful than the numbers.
Say which line and which year. Include what the app expected and what your payslip says — both appear side by side in the reconciliation.
Send the licence id shown in the app, never the key itself. The id is enough to look it up.
You can cancel from inside the app at any time. For anything else, say what you need and when the subscription started.
Worth telling us. Northern Ireland, agency and umbrella payslips are not read yet, and knowing who is asking decides what gets built next.

Please do not send payslips, P60s or anything with your name or National Insurance number on it. The app is built so that we never see them, and an email would undo that.

Three things that answer most of it
A payslip was flagged
That means it did not reconcile against its own printed totals. It is telling you to check a figure, not that your pay is wrong. What the flags mean ›
A figure is not shown
Some rates are deliberately not loaded, and the app says so rather than estimating. See what is held ›
Your payslips vanished
They are kept on the device, not on a server. A different browser, a cleared cache or private browsing all start fresh. More on this ›
